Return Policy
No return will be accepted without a valid RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorisation) number.
All returns.
• Damage in transit must be notified within 24 hrs of delivery.
• Only hardware faults are covered under the warranty. No software fault, whether application, driver or OS is included in the warranty.
• BATTERIES ARE NOT COVERED under the warranty. They are guaranteed to have the life stated when delivered but as the health of a battery depends on how it is used, stored and charged, they cannot be warranted and a such are treated as a consumable as per industry standard.
• RMA numbers are only valid for 14 days from date of request
• Return policy is exchange only. If there is no exchange unit available, a refund or credit note will be offered.
• Items will be returned to 'Notebooks R Us' at the customers cost. If found to be a valid claim, REASONABLE return costs will be refunded. There will be no charge for sending out the replacement.
• Faults which are caused by misuse by the customer are not covered. Any claim made where it is deemed the customer has caused the fault will be returned to the customer and will incur a £15 shipping fee, payable before postage.
• Items not found to be faulty will be returned to the customer which will incur a £15 shipping fee, payable before postage, or restocked for a 25% handling fee. Postage must be paid within 14 days of request otherwise it will be assumed that the customer does not want the item returning and a refund, less restocking fee, will be issued.
